Shea Butter is an all-natural product only found in the tropics of Africa. It is extracted from the nuts of the Shea Karite tree.

Shea Butter has moisturing and protecting effects due to the presence of a sizeable quantity of unsaponifiable fats.

There are other vitamins and active elements such as cinnamic acid which protects against the damaging effects of the sun's UV rays. It also helps with cell regeneration and capillary circulation.

The Benefits of Shea Butter

Pete and Penny's hand-crafted shea butter blends are made with raw, unrefined shea butter and therapeutic-grade essential oils. Shea Butter has been clinically shown to provide relief from dry skin to many minor dermatological diseases. (Note: the severity of your skin condition should be determined by a doctor.) Conditions that shea butter may relieve: skin rashes, itchy or peeling skin, razor irritation, small skin cracks, rough skin, stretch marks during pregnancy, eczema, skin areas affected by arthritis, joint pains or muscular aches. Penny's Essential Skin Care $15/jar

Specially formulated for the drying effects of interior heating; especially the dry air of winter. This soothing blend also helps protect exposed skin from the chapping effect of wind and cold.

Pete's Panther Balm $15/jar

Combines the soothing effect of shea butter with his personal muscle pain essential oil blend. This balm is great for muscle strain, soreness and joint discomfort. Makes a super massage cream. Avoid using around eyes, sensitive skin and muscous tissues.

P&Pā€™s Respiratory Ease $20/jar
